A personal home for the whole story
A chapter-led portfolio that brings projects, writing, aspirations, and public channels into one evolving place.
This portfolio is a static, chapter-led public home for my work, writing, current direction, résumé, media, and verified public profiles. It is designed to give people—and standards-compliant search and AI crawlers—one canonical place to understand the whole story.
The problem
A résumé is useful, but it compresses a person into titles and dates. A link page connects destinations, but it rarely explains why those destinations belong together. This project is designed to connect the work, the thinking, the direction, and the life around them.
The approach
The homepage uses five chapters—Making, Thinking, Becoming, Living, and Connecting. Each chapter offers a quick, memorable entry point while conventional detail pages keep the content easy to browse, link, and find through search.
The content system is intentionally truth-first. Draft entries stay out of production, optional sections disappear when their source material is missing, and generated imagery is treated as editorial atmosphere rather than documentary evidence.
I directed and implemented the site in Astro with typed content collections and static HTML routes. The discoverability layer includes canonical URLs, public sitemaps with content-based modification dates, RSS, structured data, social metadata, a human-readable llms.txt, and a crawler policy that allows legitimate public indexing.
The content pass
The portfolio now brings together public work, first-party writing, a professional timeline, current direction, media, and verified channels. Source material is drawn from public profiles and project repositories; uncertain details remain unpublished until they can be confirmed.
The public repository contains the site and its deployment configuration. Automated checks verify metadata, sitemap coverage, structured data, internal links, the 404 response, and public discovery files before deployment.
Limitations and current status
This is an evolving personal publication, not a CMS or a complete autobiography. It intentionally has no visitor analytics, newsletter, contact-form backend, or fabricated placeholder content. Search indexing, rankings, and AI citations are controlled by external systems and cannot be guaranteed; the site can only make its content accessible, consistent, and verifiable.
